Before turning to Elance.com, I worked many regular jobs in everything from retail to pizza delivery. I have over 15 years of customer service experience dealing directly with the public. In 2005, I obtained an Associate Degree in Office Management. I previously worked as a shift supervisor in addition to my other “crew” positions. I know what it takes for business success, and I apply this to every project.
I turned to the world of virtual assisting to expand my skills and help a wider variety of clients. Rather than focusing on just one company, I choose to apply my knowledge to helping many companies; completing tasks that are not necessarily tied to the office but are necessary for efficient operation.
